Apparently Leave benefits are just for name purpose. Most diligent workers are not properly recognized due to politics of managers. Cliched work everyday. Project change is impossible when you are in MS support project, they make you work and struggle on the same project for years. Manager doesn't allow us to take the leaves which we see on HR policy, they are just for show casing purpose. Most annoying thing was not getting laptop during work from home even after 2 years of work from home. Never expect negotiation of notice period. I was warned that my notice period will be extended when I asked for negotiation. I was not allowed to contact HR and discuss anything unless my manager and lead's permission. Sonata Leadership and management is very good, manager level recognition and support is at ZERO.

Job security and work satisfaction is at top notch, you will usually not feel pressured, most of them are working here for long time and satisfied.

Dislikes

Pay, hikes and compensation benifits, make it a point to accept the offer with a higher package once you come in its not guaranteed that you will get a better hike every year.

1)If you join after jan you will not get hikes for same year, need wait for one more year 2)2months bench ad 2months notice period,if they dont have any project they will ask to resign forcefully

Salary cut to 50% , for one month bench employee. Managers are not good and you have to be available 24/7 for work and to receive their pH. calls. Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career.

In terms of compensation it could be better and work life balance depends on the client and their requirements.
