1. Never ever escalate to senior management even if the project is going out of your hand otherwise, you're out 2. Internal politics resource management group newcomers are first target by RMG group and will not allocate project because they are old in company, and they want only they allocate the people they know. 3. HR will support RMG not employee. 4. RMG is not efficient to understand your skill they don't even have proper communication they are just old in the company. 5. Dislikes

Most of the things- poor management styles- fake urgency setup- blame game by seniors- throwing under bus culture- no coordination between workload and attrition. I can go on for days at length to describe what horrible a company it is.
