Sonata Software - Team Lead - Cloud Operations (6-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Able to manage the team of around 40 people, team building, training requirements to team.

- As a team leader able to manage existing customers and new customers' acquisition.

- Able to prepare various reports in power point, excel and deliver reports.

- Able to manage ITSM tool and cloud management tools

- Participating in technical discussion with existing & potential clients and managing internal teams.

- Implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions in the public cloud, especially in Azure and AWS.

- Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and reduce hosting cost

- Enhance and drive automation and "Infrastructure as Code" delivery

- Deliver cloud projects in an Agile environment

- Coordinating with OEMS, sales team and business team

- Managing various audits related to cloud operations like ISO 20 K, ISO 27K , Azure expert MSP and AWS audits.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in technical support or system administration, preferably with a focus on Azure and AWS.

- Azure or AWS or Google Certified - Associate or Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Proficient in troubleshooting Azure , AWS and GCP services.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.

- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Able to manage teams and guide the team and mentor the team

- Preference will be given to team handling capability.

- Good in handling power point, proration of various reports for cloud operations.

- Preference will be given to those who have worked as team leader or operations manager roles.
