Salary cut to 50% , for one month bench employee. Managers are not good and you have to be available 24/7 for work and to receive their pH. calls. Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career....Read More

It should have to get good projects . They did not care about contact to hire employees. Lot of discrepancies.

I joined as contract employee. Suddenly one day they told this is your last day . With out proper feed back. Treeible situation I faced at sonata. I have worked 4 months even sarurdyes also even they did not recognise me.
