Good people, very interactive management.

Very bad working culture, the management team needs to work a lot upon their management skills. I have been here for a single year and have already seen 12 employees leaving the company for good and because of the behaviour of the management as it's root cause.

Work Details

It was good in the beginning but the working environment started deteriorating from 3 months after my joining and still it is degrading only.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

They dont trust their employees. Company does not have a management except family members, Web dont care much about employees problems, keep changing policies frequently, No reward and recognition. No promotions at all.
