Likes

The office setup was modern, and the company provided good tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.

Dislikes

Tasks and credit were frequently distributed unfairly, and favoritism was blatantly inappropriate. Certain so-called "superiors" preferred to gaslight employees into doubting their capabilities rather than providing constructive guidance. The lack of accountability for poor decision-making created a frustrating environment where progress felt stifled.
