Flexible Work timings - just need to complete the work, however the work allocation will be more. Yearly once Team outing.

Dislikes

No Work-Life Balance. No leaves will be approved even including Sick Leaves though you are sick. (Planned leave will be rejected even if it is applied) High Level of Internal Politics. Last day of Month need to work apporx. 15 hrs a day. [ 11 am - 2 pm (next day morning)] High Loads of work with minimum staffing. No salary appraisaldiscussion, ratings discussions will be held - however on 3rd week of March every year they will give you a percentage based on your work which you had done. Officially its Monday - Friday working however, every last weekend of every month you need to compulsorily work on weekend(Saturday) - this is unofficial. Above said points are for SoftwareOne - GSDC - India - Chennai region....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
