Made good Friends, The Office Infrastructure

Dislikes

Managers, Team leaders, Office Politics etc etc, the list is long. Having worked closely with the management, 1 thing I understood that SoftwareOne is not at all employee-centric. I would not recommend any employee to go to the management or even HR for any grievances other than any salary discrepancy. Why you ask? It's simply because the management is determined to hear the employee but will only listen to the team leader. They don't even try to be discreet about the bias, that's how unaccountable they are. Recently I learned from a colleague that a certain Senior Team Leader with the initials BS (see the irony) gathered data on female employees who had taken maternity leave in the last couple of years and were also working remotely. Allegedly, she terminated their employment, under the guise of "performance-related issues". What a waste of Designation and authority....Read More

There is absolutely nothing to like about SoftwareOne.

Dislikes

Absolutely everything is dislikable about SoftwareOne. They have recently laid off employees without giving them any valid reason. These people strategically targeted their female employees, especially the one who took maternity/long sick leave in the recent past, PATHETIC!!! This company call itself Employee centric, infact one of their core values is "Employee Satisfaction" and god forbid if you reach out to the management, especially Bhawna Sood with any grievance, she will make sure that you suffer the way she wants you to. The other management is good for nothing. Dont even get me started on the Team Leaders here, they hold themselves in the highest of positions, instead of working for their respective "Teams" they rule them and get off on their concerns!!!! The work life balance is no less then a pile of shit given to you in installments. The have hardly hired anyone in last 1.5year and expect the existing employees to take on the work which has been left over after the attrition. Dont even get me started on the attrition rate, they don't care if people leave them. Dont be fooled by the other reviews of this company, they have been given by the people who have been here for ages and are working in their comfort zone. 7 out of 10 employees would not hesitate to leave the organization tomorrow if they have other offers with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless its my enemy and I want that person to suffer both mentally and physically....Read More
