Your demand in a department is directly proportional to the need your manager has. They hire on requirement basis and once that requirement is finished, u are free without any work. Also organisation is very good but how your job is going to be depends on your manager. So if u have a good manager good for you else corporate politics and favoritism goes on here.

1. Appraisal delays 2. They always find a way to deduct Bonus( Which is part of CTC) 3. They can reduce fixed holiday at any time of the year and give ridiculous reasons. 4. If you are on a project then you are suppose to carry whole burden for the people on bench 5. Their client interview process is awful. 6.
