I like the way its transforming, despite IBM legacy, its working toward creating its Branding, standardizing and reconsolidation systems & processes. Being a people manager of Japanese language speaking squad, I think if we can have some revision in banding / appraisal method in ways employee feels recognized for their hard work. Not all resources have technical aptitude (Japanese language experts) yet they are upskilling technically preforming level best too!
