I like the way its transforming, despite IBM legacy, its working toward creating its Branding, standardizing and reconsolidation systems & processes. The investors report reflects +ve signs too and its strategy to accelerate growth. Keeping the social causes in its radar is a reflection of making a difference to the Human race and the planet. Being a people manager of Japanese language speaking squad, I think if we can have some revision in banding / appraisal method in ways employee feels recognized for their hard work. Not all resources have technical aptitude (Japanese language experts) yet they are upskilling technically preforming level best too!
