Dislikes

No udemy learning Layoffs happening silently Benches are increasing rapidly and no roles available. Have to leave firm after 90 days in bench.

The only perk here is work life balance and job security. One way cab is available, no meal coupons, but there is lot of learning platforms available for free and MS, AWS certifications can be done for free. Work is manageable and no overtime. Case management is great so HR will take care of all those cases where employees are not getting treated well.

Dislikes

They will not put you on bench even if the process gets dissolved. Put when it comes to promotions and appraisals there is always freeze. First they will assign you to a project and make you work there for atleast 3-6 months. After that when you ask for papers they will say there is freeze or it's a lengthy process to get papers. Sobe ready to waste 6-10 months just to get new band papers. Yearly hike is peanuts. Max i have seen ppl getting 9% hike. No additional benefits available like meal coupons, 2 way cab, yearly bonuses etc....Read More
