Work-life balance- Now, a days it's quite difficult to manage your work-life balance at the same time in a corporate. One can easily manage everything and all this become possible because of the the policies Softenger has for his employees.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike about the job in particular. I just want to add one thing that, dress codes are important and they show how dignified you are. I completely understand, but sometime there are some unprecedented situations, which do not allow an employee to be dressed in a flawless manner. Organization must understand this and give some relief on a case to case basis.

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
