Working Environment is good. Manager is friendly in nature. Manager is helping if we have any problem. They are working on. C# Net. They are solution providers for the manufacturing companies. So there is so much opportunity to learn new things. Opportunity to go to onsite and work there.

Here salary increment is less and work pressure is more.

Work Details

In this company my work is to Design the website and do the backend coding. For front end development I use Html, Css, JavaScript, Jquery and Bootstrap. And for back end C# and Sql. So my work is challenging.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
