As a company/organisation it is really good. The policies are employee friendly. Decent appraisal hike if we compare with other service based. Good health insurance, group insurance etc.. Overall a good company to work with

Dislikes

Getting a promotions within the organisation are horrible. Level 7 and above it is very difficult. Managers are insecure with their mental state and job. They don't want you to grow higher in ladder. They are ready to give you good appraisal ratings but without promotion.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
