work culture, company policies, job security nothing to worry. the best company., nothing to worry. good opportunities for learning new tech, implementing, full freedom of env being a developer. flexible working hours.

career growth is slow and again management nothing to do with the company there are always few people out there, so not to worry about management and politics.
