Nothing absolutely toxic boss , didn't had any way to talk and message very informally on whatsapp . Treat interns as if they are not even human .

Dislikes

The whole firm is very disoriented and does not have any coordination . They are only scamming young girls to work as interns and do social media posting for them . While they give nothing in remuneration .. Also on one intern there is a team leader on each client portfolio and the main social media head. So basically one intern as three bosses. Absolutely shit work environment with no respect to anyone.. Please beware of such scammer businesses . There whole business model is hiring naive college students and make them overwork and talk rudely to them.....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
