They treat you as their family.If you are honest it is appreciated the whole span of your job tenure. You can speak your heart out and they listen whether they take it or not. The owner himself is like a0 buddy and discusses the present and future of the company with you. Only drawback is that you will be stuck in one place when youperform.They do not experiment with you by spending to different locations to try you out. That is when I had to leave....Read More

Dislikes

As I said earlier the chances of perform in different countries is not in their culture. Also the management development programmes were not there. So our personal improvement had a hindrance.

I was a technical sales development guy. They will not allow you to be a techno commercial guy which broadens your career. It seemed to me they wanted to protect their commercial managers who were mostly Dutch. I wanted to be a technocommercial manager
