One of the worst management in the world. don't care about employee. If you don't care your employee like TATA group care then don't hire candidate using TATA broad. TATA group know for humanity, helping people, helping nation, because of that all people wants to join TATA International (TATA Group). If you join TATA international in any department you and more than your family both will suffer definitely. within six month you will get frustrated. No work timings on weekdays, Weekend there is countless working hours. due to TATA international division TATA brand image affected badly. Finance Department_ Main culprit. most of the employee left the organization due to this department, intentionally harassing the employee. due to new ERP system which is pathetic and worthless company face huge losses, because of this department business will shut down soon. HR Department_ Puppet, don't care about employee. only arranging webinar for mental health to show Management that they are taking initiative. There is N number of employee who has left the organization. Employee will die due to heart attack because of this management and this pathetic system. Requesting higher TATA management kindly take action against Finance department and current management and save business, employee and most Important peoples trust. social media have power, hope this request will reach TATA higher Management soon and they will take quick action on this....Read More

TATA is the only brand, the values are not embraced. Management doesn't respect the efforts being put up be employee. Toxic work culture with no personal life balance. Every day new requirement which will be urgently required. System infrastructure not up to the expectation being TATA group company. Performance bonus is 100% linked to company's performance, individual contribution doesn't have any value. If you've office from Tata International, just use it for negotiation with other companies....Read More

While Tata International has many strengths, there are few challenges. The large size of the organization sometime lead to slow decision making process. Balancing work across different time zones sometime becomes challenging. However these challenges also provides opportunities for growth and learning.

Management do not bother about people retention. No exit interview to get proper information about dissatisfaction.
