The Management's Toxic politics and the HR team unprofessional behaviour create a highly unpleasant work environment. I had a very negative experience working with this organization. The management is deeply entrenched in toxic politics, which creates a divisive and stressful atmosphere. Decisions often seem driven by personal agendas rather than merit or fairness. Furthermore, the HR team displays unprofessional behavior, offering little support and demonstrating a lack of respect for employees. Their approach to handling issues is dismissive, and they fail to address concerns in a timely or effective manner. There is nothing to like about. Toxic work culture, high on office politics. From the 1st month onward i realized that this place is not for someone who is looking for work life balance and who wants to grow in his professional career. Mgt should should be more considerate about their employees.
13-14 working hours daily. Saturday is officially off but your managers will call you unnecessarily to office stating that there is work even if there is no work or which could be finished on next working day. Below par salary standards. Also their variable pay policy is deceiving, you will get variable pay only if your business segments make profit else that will lapse.

One of the worst management in the world. don't care about employee. If you don't care your employee like TATA group care then don't hire candidate using TATA broad. TATA group know for humanity, helping people, helping nation, because of that all people wants to join TATA International (TATA Group). If you join TATA international in any department you and more than your family both will suffer definitely. within six month you will get frustrated. No work timings on weekdays, Weekend there is countless working hours. due to TATA international division TATA brand image affected badly. Finance Department_ Main culprit. most of the employee left the organization due to this department, intentionally harassing the employee. due to new ERP system which is pathetic and worthless company face huge losses, because of this department business will shut down soon. HR Department_ Puppet, don't care about employee. only arranging webinar for mental health to show Management that they are taking initiative. There is N number of employee who has left the organization. Employee will die due to heart attack because of this management and this pathetic system. People are eager to join because its very reputed brand But No work life balance. No proper system and SOP. You have to wait in queue for small approvals and if any delay due to late approvals then again you have to take approval for proceeding anything. 90% work is data entry in ERP system even if you are Operations person who should focus on shipment and External stakeholders. No chance for knowledge gaining related to operations/exim field because all the time you will be engaged in ERP data entries. Half of finance related work is doing by operations team as per so called management decision. Finance team and Traders are king in company and no value for Operations people even if you are right at your place. They will call 11 at night and expect to give MIS for sake of business should not suffer. Business HR team is not of use. While Tata International has many strengths, there are few challenges. The large size of the organization sometime lead to slow decision making process. Balancing work across different time zones sometime becomes challenging. However these challenges also provides opportunities for growth and learning.
