Plus the teams belongingness, the opportunity company provides to work on impactful projects across various functions and businesses keeps me constantly motivated and engaged.

Dislikes:

While Tata International has many strengths, there are few challenges. The large size of the organization sometime lead to slow decision making process. Balancing work across different time zones sometime becomes challenging. However these challenges also provides opportunities for growth and learning.
