I truly appreciate my time at SMCS GLOBAL for several reasons. The company offers strong job security and provides excellent opportunities for skill development, particularly in areas like Income Tax Filing, Company Audits & scrutiny cases. Dislikes

1) You don't have enough time to manage your personal works due to 6 day work culture & have to spend some personal time to take guest lectures in Colleges & Govt. Orgnaisation. 2) Won't expect much Salary/ fixed Hike, it will be as per market terms & your capability of handling works.
