No training. freshers are not given proper consideration. They are taken for granted. Freshers are fired for no reason. Managment are dictators and business minded . Freshers deserves to be treated better.

Likes

Working with international clientele, I got to work with a lot of people from abroad and it helped me a lot. I became better equipped technically.

Dislikes

My last project was horrible. No KT. No support. Harsh clients and what not. Whatever could go wrong, went wrong. My life turned upside down.
