All over Company s Policy s are so Terrible and not thinking about employees at any point of view,only follow mandatory rules,no job security,no Culture,no hike,terminate any employee at any time,just like 💣 Bomb. If you want to take some risks and adventure then only join this without salary expectation.

Nothing to like about it, It is a worst organization run by some bunch of mindless and egoistic people to covert black money into white money.

They do not care about business at all. They will ask 4x money from client withing 6 months and blackmail them to stop services. I mean who in the world would do that as a company....they give silly reason like just because you are ok with our service, pay us what we ask for. They have some dumb guy as sales head who doesn't even know how to share screen in webex and is a puppet of mindless and rookie CEO. They don't have office, no escalation matrix, no proof of your employment, nothing. You are working there, you will only get money that is if they want to give, but no company identity. Skyvera don't hold any vision, their main business is to do acquisition for parent company TelcoDr. Management is very blunt on their decision , i can say egoistic people who can't adopt and listen their employees feedback. What i experience from my tenure is they acquire loss making company, layoff 30/40% staff, stop product roadmap, pitch existing customer with heavy amount for ongoing contract and become profitable. Simply this is their business strategy. Who suffer ? Employee and customer No appraisal, extra monetary benefit.
