1.Apart from work related to our job,there were many events like interpersonal skill development,meetings on do's and donts .company provided Library where we can enhance our knowledge ,day to day review by seniors,weekly interaction with Manager and monthly interaction with directors makes employees more motivated and work enthusiastically. 2. Everyone assigned a topic, to present before everyone on every friday for half and hour ,which enhances skills how to communicate, present and be bold. 3.
