Everything except salary timing. If you have permanent job then don't join here because they will tell you that they are giving permanent position but it is mainly project basis job for a client. If your project will end then hr will simply tell you they don't have any position right now so we will release you. And the most important thing is that they don't have any information regarding the project. If the project will end, you will be informed from the client side and the client will simply tell you to no need to come from tomorrow.. So be careful about it. Worst consultancy ever... And one of the unprofessional managers working here is named Somananth. T | Asst. Manager, HR Specialist | SixSigma SoftSolutions Pvt. Ltd. They first convinced me to appear for an interview even though I was not much interested, and then when I got selected and everything was ready to join the company, they gave me reasons and kept postponing the offer letter. After a few days, they stopped answering my calls. When I called from another number, they disconnected while I was talking. At least as an HR, you should inform the other person that we can't hire you for so-and-so reasons. My sister is an HR too, so I know how they work and what responsibilities they have towards candidates and clients too. Zero professionalism. They even lie to you just to convince you to attend the interview. Don't call yourself an HR if you don't know how to communicate and have some professionalism.
