There is not even a single thing good about this place. You will only find ton's of negative things. When in times of need, they never respond to your calls though you call them more than 50 times or drop tens of reminder mails. You will frustrated of your own life expecting a reply from them.

It is the worst organization that you will ever come across. They never care about their employees and always come up new rules/regulations to deny if any employee requests anything. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair as per your performance and they are not give you good salary hike and bonus every year as per your performance.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is 3 months notice period therefore switching job is very difficult feom six Sigma to other company.They are saying that before joining we will provide you joining bonus after 6 month but once you completed six month no one reply on your mail....Read More
