( Sylvester, Harsh Shah ) 2) Process : i beleive people come to office to work not to poke in anyone's personal life they don't have any rights to intrude anyone's privacy which I believe Anaplan L1, L2 specially kinder garden kids such as Kenith Sequeria, Neha Pawar, Rony megri, Nelson dsouza, Pravin Jangid, Mayuri Pawar, Taha Khan, Girish Jogi, Rohan Shetty, Simran Thakur, Shoaib Ahmed, these people don't just to create a groupism, checking other Peer queue wherein no one has authorised, no respect towards female always need gossip, always disrespect new comer and character assisssntion. These analyst never help others wherein they want to learn new things they just demotivate them and force then to go under depression or mentally harassed. And if someone from management try to solve the problem they feel unbiased and uncomfortable. And try to create the group and enforced the manager to be removed out the process. On floor people are live like couple Neha pawar with Rony megri and Avinash vishwakarma just to save their relationship they started blaming others wherein neha and simran is charcter less wherein they Doesn't have any dressing sense and always Need gossip and back bitting. These people didn't even cross the limit of being professional they issue to hide managers chair everyday. Top of that they are so cheap wherein they started fighting on floor with female employee Kenith who is still not seen corporate environment he has the audacity to threat my men and myself ( he mentioned that call your men where does he stay ). I believe then this organisation is not safe for any female employe Support: QA manisha dand who doesn't know about the process and she evaluate the QA piece wherein she take help from L2s in all audits. She do a favouritism for the people who go on break with her and provide a gossip update. She is one I would say who is old lady who is more interested in someone's personal life rather showing process improvement. Always keen to know. About manager personal life and also she needs her designation and secure job hence she be sweet with everyone and she is the one who leak the discussion from management to analyst and to client. Being a female she never stood up for any stand when Nelson who literally say ki mai saree utarne ka man kar raha hai. Manisha who always wants to go on break for long time being female when she can go on break with Male employee or manager then when similar female employees does they create a rumours. Pathetic women because of this she is my getting married because she is more interested in others personal life. TL Sahil : who doesn't know how to speak with employee or female employee always try avoid not doing work on time. There was instance wherein employee requested leave which was approved by him and manager but he didn't applied the leave and marked NCNS which is wrong and as a TL how can someone do this. A character less person who doesn't know anything about process. New TL: Subramani who just joined the process 3months and started brainwashed for all the employees on Floor just because he wants to grow. Started taking people for booze and doesn't know how to handle the people, he disrespect his manager, he hesitate to approach his Manager, it seems he doesn't want to work He was the one who played the game by giving false information regarding his manager who is not currently in the organisation because we could see a clear religion bias wherein Peter and Subramani was from same cast always speak in there language, peter never spoke to his manager who was managing the process from day 1 and on of sudden he went with TL words. Manager Peter hart who never had any conversation with manager and he just went with his favouritism words and took the decision which is not right he should have listened both the party and could have taken. I didn't like anything. it was a nightmare.
beware of them!! it the worst company of my career. worst HR, worst manager, overall worst management. they don't even have a proper office and since they don't want to invest in a proper office, they provide you 2 big systems which you need to carry yourself to your place. even if you complain to the HR about the toxic manager behavior, she will brush it off aside like nothing's ever happened and since she has a good rapport with the manager she will never take any action against him let alone talk to him about such issues(this happened with a colleague of mine) the manager was the worst manager I had in my entire career. his toxicity cannot be matched up. he was extremely rude, not at all compassionate and used to take revenge every now and then even if you try to talk back. I was on a graveyard shift of 12:30 AM till 9:30 AM from office and the worst company transport management changed my shift to 2:30 AM till 11:30 AM citing the reason "cab not available for one person". how come this is a. 24/7 working job and the cab service is not available, then why you people give us such shifts? I myself called them when the cab didn't arrive on the alloted time and they informed me the same without even a bit of concern. not that I was expecting any from them. then I called my manager and he said he'll sort it out and after mere 2 mins he had the audacity to call me and say that it is what it is you have to come in this shift and rest 3 days also you have to come in this shift due to transport issues. we will talk when you come to office. there when I confronted him he started giving excuses saying that he himself wasn't aware. how petty a person can be. another time I asked him for a leave on two different dates he right away told me not possible without even having the decency to ask me the reason. I never used to take many leaves because then I would have to talk to him and spoil my mood. then he said to talk to him on the following thursday and we will see. I reminded him on thursday and he told me nothing can be done now the roster has already been made. and why did you even bother spreading false information and giving the other person hope? the in another instance, I was on my period and asked him for a leave as I was really sick and he was so adamant on not giving me one and tried to argue with me over the pain and how my body's gonna react in 2-3 hours. I mean how stupid and inhumane you could be to not understand that situation? it was so shocking and disgusting on so many levels. then later when I fell sick I didn't even bother to ask him for a leave. I sat through the whole shift in very high fever. Only I know how I managed to do that. even if you fall sick and ask him for leave, he will ask you medical certificate, even it is for one day ONE freaking day. or even half day. and if you say that someone in your family is sick then he will ask for their medical as well(happened with a colleague of mine) and these people justify these things. one of my trainers justified it by saying that you people make excuses so we also stopped trusting you guys. I mean why are you treating everyone the same? and who are you to decide what someone is going through or not? the transport system is the worst. if your logout is at 2:30 AM at night and you get to your cab firstly you won't find it there. why? because they are never on time. then there is something they call a buffer of 30 mins. if some person doesn't show up they will wait until 3:00 AM for him/her. and if that person is a manager/tl/hr, then there is again a buffer of 15 mins which can again go up to 30 mins and these people are so afraid to move the cab. I literally waited 1 hour past my logout time just because a senior hr was in a meeting and didn't show up on time. and once she came back she didn't even apologize and right away said we have a buffer so that it you have something important to do or you need to smoke you can do so. I mean like dude, just sit back and go home. why do you need to have 1 hour for a smoke break? just shut your filthy stupid mouth and mind your own business, don't even try to give unnecessary stupid excuses to cover it all up. a sorry would have sufficed. and also one more thing. this happened with a friend of mine. her cab was stopped in the middle of a highway and she was told to move to a new cab as there was some issue with the other cab. my friend was so scared and she called that stupid manager and he told her to sit in the new cab without even cross-checking with the transport department. she was so scared. it was literally 1-2 AM at night. I mean how can you even expect us to trust anyone in delhi and at some odd timings without any confirmation or security or anything?...Read More

Everything. Women security is a joke here. Sick leave is a total mess, you need medical record to prove n take leave, even then they minus if from comp off or CL. If SL is taken without medical record it is unplanned absence. I have my 12 days of SL intact while it is almost year end. They think all possible ways to decline your PL or CL. Complaints are waste of time, those who complain gets terminated or changed to different team but the person on whom complaint was made stays happy n secured. I am giving stars only because company was too good while I joined but not anymore. Incentive stopped. No proper hike,some changes are made to payslip details n they say it's hike. This is made in such way that even after years I didn't get medical insurance and am still in esi level. Toxic work place, your efforts are not enough, profit matters more sales even if cx has technical issue. They try hard not to get you promotion. JUST don't join here. You have to purely bend to higher authority, so you will get Saturday and Sunday off. Others don't get these and always get offs on weekdays only when there is no to less work.
