1. On-site Travel Opportunities on every Implementation Project. 2. Relationship with Colleagues very good except the HR (Director). 3. Work-life Balance 10/10. 4. If you don't want pressure or work this is a good company. 5. Fully job security.

Dislikes

1. Here Management's rule is on one side and HR rules are on the different side. 2. New projects have already decided to assign their long-term served employees. So you will get much less exposure to the project. 3. Salary Hike is very low and every 2 years they do it after demanding it. 4. The promotions option is not available here. 5.
