They have not supported employees. Right from the beginning of covid 19 lockdown, they have introduced pay cuts and in August 2020, they have laid off many employees.

Dislikes

No growth path for employees. They will change policies after every 1-2 months. They are more concerned about balancing their profit and loss account.

Work Details

Very bad. I don't recommend people to work at SITA India office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
