1.They don't have clients, force to bring client and then work if not do they will deduct salary . 2. No culture, no stability, No security, begging for work to other client, one person oriented. Feel like work for one shop as worker.

Good Discussion of problem face by engineers but only discussion there was no constructive approach

There was no chain of command.. No responsible entity decided.. Need to answer 2-3 authority person and all three gave different order
