Seniors are very supportive and helping. Working with team is very good.

Dislikes

Very poor management. No work life balance at all. You need to be available anytime including your leaves and weekends on very short notice. You need to cancel your personal plans. This happens very frequently. Almost alternate weekend is working weekend. Nothing to learn new in technology. No scope for invention.
