We are a very professional company with more than 2 decades of experience in the industry and working with most fortune 500 companies. We have an infrastructure that is recognized as the World’s 2nd and India’s Highest Scoring Green Building, implementing the WELL rating system which is an international standard for people’s health and well-being. Our HR team has standard SLA’s for meeting employee requests and few individuals who deviate from the employment offer conditions/expectations and expect us to ignore the deviations totally and when subjected to consequences they resort to writing negative reviews. The work-life balance is ultimately created through our choices. Often, work takes precedence over everything else in our lives. Our desire to succeed professionally can push us to set aside our own well-being. Creating a harmonious work-life balance or work-life integration is critical, though, to improve not only our physical, emotional and mental well-being, but it’s also important for our career.
