We are a very professional company with more than 2 decades of experience in the industry and working with most fortune 500 companies. We have an infrastructure that is recognized as the World’s 2nd and India’s Highest Scoring Green Building, implementing the WELL rating system which is an international standard for people’s health and well-being. Our HR team has standard SLA’s for meeting employee requests and few individuals who deviate from the employment offer conditions/expectations and expect us to ignore the deviations totally and when subjected to consequences they resort to writing negative reviews. The work-life balance is ultimately created through our choices. Often, work takes precedence over everything else in our lives. Our desire to succeed professionally can push us to set aside our own well-being. We know you were one of the very few people who couldn’t benefit from our extensive training programme that has created 500+ software professionals over the last 20+ years and unfortunately, we had to relieve you. We understand that getting dropped out can create disappointment, frustration, and the reason for your anguish. People starting their careers need a bit of discipline, diligence, and humility to learn things and perform. Several training programs - covering skill development, and personality development apart from the core technical training are provided to enable people to acquire the required skills to perform in a professional environment. You should understand that as a company we invest in training executives like you for several months and when the training fails and the individual leaves, for us it is a loss of both time and money. 95% of our fresh recruits are successful, getting good increments and enjoy all group benefits of the company and hence happy. It was unfortunate that you had multiple problems from aptitude to learning skills to work approach, despite the ample opportunities provided to you.
