2 years Bonding. Worst pay scale. No salary in training period. Work preasure. HR department will not treat people like people. Because they are not a human they are hell men.
PF amount system is not there. The deduct your money and gave u after 1 year with 20% deduction with no reason. If u leave this company before 1 day of your yearly period your money is not given to you and their response is useless. Notice period is torture as hell. They will make u mad when u leave this company. Dont even think to join this company.
If you want to mentally die. You can join this company. Worst company i have ever heared.

During COVID, the company introduced new policies considering the health and safety of employees. We were allowed from home and visited the office only once a month which was very convenient. If there was any system issue, the support team helped. It was easy to interact with team members through Microsoft Teams.
