The seniors are all just doing timepass. They dont know anything about their work. The worst is the CEO- Arijit Paul. He only cares about his job. All his team members hate him. He will fire you without any warning on the spot. I was so disturbed. only HR Ops madam Nidhi was nice to me. Harrassment of employees on a daily basis. Dont join. Your career will be ruined.

Everything. Too much pressure. They can fire without notice period. Too much politics. Delivery head monitor your laptop screen whole day. If any one resign then candidate must serve 90 days notice period.

They care about employees and also provide assistance in case of any doubts or failures, provides new opportunities and that's great 👍... You just need to give your all in efforts and that's it.

Did not find any so far. Only one: Saturdays should be off. Complete off.

The company Shyam Future Techwill not grow until Arijit Paul heads them. An experienced candidate should not join this company. Thanks to Shyam Steel's investment, they are funding Office building, space, HR salaries and other benfits otherwise SFT would not have survived yet. Arijit Paul knows nothing except shouting at their employees.
