There are people who are working with Infosys for a long time and too scared and hesitant to look for other opportunities. These are the people unfortunately sitting at manager levels and they just spoil the careers of the juniors. I wouldn't recommend to work for Infosys. May be my decision to leave was due to my bad manager, but the scope of implementation role and good projects is very limited at Infosys. No career growth promised opportunity not delivered, 3 years no hike, management doesn't take any responsibility & sometimes talk harshly. Better to look for other company after 1-2 years spending in here

Very good campus,looks like heaven and very less micro-management also.

They assume the client as God ,if client gives bad feedback then the management will not at all listen to your explanation and the makes it a toxic environment.rest all are very good,till the time client is giving you good feedback, Infosys will treat you as its kids.

Company culture is good, but the family members in one project and starting politics. They are behaving like Hitler and no company policy later and their own policy if someone raised concern then torture to that person all the day. With this all team member resigned an snow happy with their work and personal life as well.

The company is very good in terms of work culture and learning curve. The campuses are good, the support staff is good. There are lot of programs going on for skill development and a lot of programs going on for personality development. Good onsite opportunities

Dislikes

Salary Hikes are low, There is no cab facility for employees, Transport facilities are paid, Canteens don't serve proper food. The promotion structure sucks, they have "a" and "b" at each career level and we have no salary hikes when our cadre moves from a->b

Number of projects are very less, all major projects are in Bangalore and Pune. Work life balance is like hell in these cities. Infosys has very less number of projects as compared to foreign MNCs
