Miserable it was. I once was hospitalized in between one of my classes I was taking. The person at the office refused to send the co instructor to me in the hospital. The hospital staff needed someone so that they could treat me.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
