But you cannot take your holidays when you want, even planning for future leaves is also very difficult as they do not provide proper window to select holidays. No job security if you do not meet target and quality then you are fired. It is not a technical support it's a call centre to complete target anyhow. You have no say, your voice can reach till your supervisor and if your supervisor is not supportive then you are done All sup are from one former company so do not complaint they all are in same team..... Total BullSh*T company and culture. Hire and fire, unacheivable targets. Managers/Team leads will run like hounds doing micro management behind you. You'll get slapped by PIP if you miss your target anytime and then they'll lament that you are the person they care about the most in the world. Just save yourself, please, just save, just don't work for them, my 2 cents to you.
