Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

This is the nightmare to be in this company pls never ever join if you want peace and respect they have toxic culture only supports muslims and takes personal revenge from employees. Strict timings if you get late by 1 min it will be your half-day only break for half an hour. Rude HR without any knowledge pls save your skills and don't waste your time here
