Very bad culture for work, working process is very bad they are collecting the data for feeling the time sheet from service now. For one working day if no service now request came how will the person who is in shift will manage. Always I work for 17 hrs for one day to complete 8hrs in time shift. Always suggest person to don't join servion. My reporting is to mr Jagdish M he is very bad person always giving warning for termination. Haneefa is my mentor is also very bad person, never help because I belongs to North India. Always doing mantaly touches. I was mantaly unstable on that time. because of this get accedent and leave the organization in between of 6 month....Read More

1. No appraisal policy. 2. No 24×7 shift allowance for offshore employees 3. No proper shift timings 4. Even CEO here leaves the job with 2 years. 5. No payment for extra working hours. 6. HR Ramya Anand and her Manager Arvind Raghvan are useless for their jobs, they always show blank faces to their employees.
