I dont see anything good here, I have seen servion fired 21 employees from my project, without a proper resource allocation, no job security here!, even they don’t pay you enough, No proper Hike plans, such a worst management. I have decided to leave, serving my notice period.

Personally i did not like Work Life balance here, you are asked any of hours to work even after completing your shift.

We get enough exposure towards Contact centre technology. This company is good for freshers as they get good hands on opportunity to work on contact centre technology. There are people to help you to learn and most of the experienced mates have good knowledge on the domain.

Lot of internal politics and heavy work load. No work life balance. lacks in people management. Some people in manager level does not know how to speak to their subordinates. People in manager level does not have leadership qualities and the designation what we get is for name sake. They make us to do all sort of job like L1L2, L3 and service desk. My Work was too hectic, i was forced to do 24x7 support and round the clock used get work. There is no L1,L2 or L3 level. Even if you are L3 , should do all level work.

HR Ramya Anand and her Manager Arvind Raghvan are useless for their jobs, they always show blank faces to their employees.
