On time salary and flexible timing. Not any other pros I could see.

Dislikes

Got stuck with a worst marketing team in my experience. The person who leads our team is not strong in the domain, at the same time has too much of superiority complex that affects us. He either doesn't do anything or let us do. The team is idle for years, just closing the work that comes in, without any new ideas or progress. Our reporting manager gets in touch with us once in a blue moon. Too much of politics and favouritism. I want to move out of this company as soon as possible. But couldn't due to less opportunities during this pandemic. If servion is serious about marketing, hire a proactive marketing leader with good knowledge and with at least decent team management skills. The one at the moment is a bad example....Read More
