Until you follow HR's commands it's good, once you object then they ask to come to the office and they will miscommunicate with the management about us.
They say you are nominated for H1 but we never get to know further information
Fake promises, they will do fake promises on salary hike and on shore opportunity but they are not providing opportunities for that and after working for 2.5 years they are hesitating to provide increment to employees. One more thing was initially they will recruit 10 to 20 employees into project and after development they will proceed with indirect approach to employees insisting them to resign from their duties and keeping single person in project and managing the work with single employee and they will keep the bill of 10 to 20 employees to client....Read More
