Dislikes

Torture, giving stress. Forcing to do 2 days work in 1 day. Cutty salary. Dnt give proper weekly offs. Even they made us work for 15 days continously. Will not give public holidays. Make us work 9 to 2am . They will not tell to do overtime, they will increase the work load and pressure and made us sit whole day to complete the work. And shout at us. No frndly approach from their side. No hike

We are actually medical coder in seha. But when I relieve from this company they gave as a process associate post I n experience certificate, not medical coder. So this certificate is not value for licensed companies. The company has registration everything but the company doesn't get license for coding. Re think once more while u joining there Clarify whether thus company got lisence or not.
