No work life balance , putting high work pressure to employees. bad treat to employees complex process Not a good company to join. compelling to do others work even we have allocations. very few leaves but they are not communicate timely to employees . No employee friendly company .No health insurance ,no social activities

We are actually medical coder in seha. But when I relieve from this company they gave as a process associate post I n experience certificate, not medical coder. So this certificate is not value for licensed companies. The company has registration everything but the company doesn't get license for coding. Re think once more while u joining there Clarify whether thus company got lisence or not.

yeah . I already described above. The experience certificate that I got from this company has process associate.. It was very terrible. We doing coding work. But certificate has this post... Make me very sad
