Even there is a holiday I have attend the calls that I don't like. Sometimes I have to work after may working time . I don't get my payment on time.

Work Details

I handle the whole entire office. I handle the accounts . I order the parts of vehicle . I look up to the workers for any need of them. I take a hard efforts in my work. I work at least 11 hours . My work is very challenging and to work in time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
