No warning letter before terminating employee. They terminate user just by sending an email the day after last day. No PIP was signed and also no warning email received before terminating. They terminate employees before notice period without telling them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
