Good platform to get work experience. Very much satisfied with job security.Organisation has wide career growth. Fair appraisals and hike. Good trainings are given for freshers.

Dislikes

Daily timing is little unsatisfied. No way you can find way to chill apart from your work.

I started my career as a fresher in Scitus. There were sufficient time to learn and trainings were given. Now,it is interesting and energetic to work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
