Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Wintek is a No.1 company in their quality product (u-pvc windows and doors) . Wintek supporting all the employees. During covid19 lockdown, company provided salary. even there is no productivity in factory. And wintek provided separate isolation rooms in the accommodation to use anyone shown the symptoms of covid19. Company providedseparate car and driver to employees to visit hospitals in case of anybemergance 24/7....Read More

As a genuine employee I can say that, If an employee is working in a position he will be permanent there... In rare cases only they will upgrade employee position. This is the main reason employees are not happy in their job. salary upgrade also not in every year. and New employees may appoint in same position with higher salary. But salary in time all other benefit are provided.
