Being a small company, you get to fiddle with a lot of tools as admin user/root which is unimaginable in any MNC/Services company. You get to work with some of the best talented people (at least that was the case during my time).

Dislikes

Management, Offshore Lead, HR (& their policies), Employee benefits, Work-Life balance is terrible. The company survives on a single client and there is absolutely NO potential to work on any other security tool than what you're working on, although higher management tells otherwise.
