Dislikes

Terrible place to work. They will fire you anytime any day. Also they cut your 10% salary for 6 months as a security reasons and will give you back only when you will complete 1 year. If you left the job before 1 year they will not give you your deducted amount. Pathetic work environment. Not good place to work for girls specially

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
